Applications invited - Apprenticeship at TNSTC

The State Government of Tamil Nadu has invited applications from graduates and diploma holders in Engineering to undergo ‘1-year Apprenticeship’ at the various State Transport Corporations.
The candidates, both graduates and diploma holders, who are short-listed will receive the monthly stipends of Rs. 4,984 and Rs. 3,542 respectively!
According to the official notification, there are a total of 660 vacancies available at the TNSTC (Tamil Nadu State Transport Corporation) in Villupuram, Kumbakonam, Nagercoil, and Tirunelveli. Around 10% of the seats are earmarked for the wards of transport corporation employees.
Candidates who are degree or diploma holders in the faculties of the mechanical, civil, automobile, computer science, electrical, and electronics, who passed in the years of 2017. 2018, and 2019 from recognized institutions are qualified to apply.
Interested candidates should register on the national web portal www.mahrdnats.gov.in and use the unique ID generated to upload their applications form at the concerned portal.

Applicants will be shortlisted by the Board of Apprenticeship Training (SR) based on their scores in basic prescribed qualifications.
The last date to complete the application process is 21st October.
Names of the short-listed candidates will be released on 24th October.
