Avoid drinking milk and other dairy products:
It is said that the dairy products are high in fat content and consuming dairy products like milk, cheese, yoghurt must not be done before workouts. These products are digested slowly and could make us feel nauseous during workouts. In addition to this, intake of milk etc before workouts could make us feel sluggish and sleepy after completing the workouts.
Avoid intake of aerated or energy drinks:
It must be noted that aerated drinks, diet sodas etc do not have any calories and when consumed before workouts could make us feel bloated during exercising. Many feel that drinking an energy drinks could make us feel energized during a workout but it is not true.
Avoid intake of refined sugar:
It is brought out that consumption of refined sugar must be avoided by those on weight regime process. Important point here is intake of sugary foods and drinks could lead to instant increase in the blood sugar levels followed by sudden drop. By this, fatigue would be there while during workouts.
Avoid intake of high fibre foods:
High fibre foods such as oats, whole grains, fruits etc would take long time to get digested. They could also lead to GI issues in us. So, high fibre foods must not be taken before doing workouts.
Avoid intake of nuts and seeds:
It is important to note that nuts are rich in fat and they would take long time to get digested. These nuts and seeds could also lead to issues like bloating and gas during workouts.
