Department of Education order: take immediate actions on calls received from 14417

The Tamil Nadu State government Department of School Education has ordered the District Primary Education Officers to take immediate action on the calls received from the ‘help-line’ number 14417.
The order insists that special attention and monitoring must be carried out on calls received from 14417 and prompt action must be taken.
It is informed that any doubts or suggestions on the calls received at 14417 will be given by the staff/officials of the free help-line center.
Further, the complaints received will be forwarded to the concerned District Primary Education Officers through the internet.
