TCS has announced that ‘double’ the salary will be paid for the candidates who succeed in this selection method.
TCS had already introduced last year a new National Qualifying Examination for this purpose of selection of ‘super-skilled’ employees.
Unlike the earlier periods where the organization visited the Educational Institute Complex and select the employees from the students through examinations and other programs, TCS is all set for recruiting employees with this new process. In this situation, TCS has introduced another examination!
In this regard, the Vice President, Human Relations Department, TCS, Milinf Thalakkad, shared:
We have already been conducting a National Qualifying examination for the selection/recruitment of employees. We plan to conduct an additional test exclusively for the candidates who scored best in this examination. The candidates who perform excellently well in this will be offered double the salary!
Apart from the candidates who are recruited from the educational institutions and those who apply from other companies to join TCS, this new examination is applicable to the present TCS employees as well! TCS employees with more than 3 years’ experience can write this examination.
The successful candidates in this ‘super’ test will be recognized as ‘hot talent’!’
TCS COO (Chief Operating Officer) N. G. Subramanian informed us that the technology environment is undergoing great changes. Accordingly, the demand for the ‘super-skilled’ employees has also been going up! Thus, keeping this phenomenon under due consideration, the new testing procedure has been introduced.

In the National Qualifying Test conducted last year, 30000 candidates were selected. Out of the most meritorious 1300 candidates have qualified to write this additional ‘super’ test!
