Superb fusion music- 14th edition of Bharat Sangeet Utsav in Chennai

A pan India music festival, 14th edition of Bharat Sangeet Utsav kicked off on Friday, 1st November 2019.
It must be noted that this musical extravaganza has been organised by Carnatica and Sri Parthasarathy Swami Sabha in Chennai and it would go on till 9th of November.
The sensational piece of information is this music event is in support of Sukrtham Foundation that is involved in providing education t the underprivileged girl children.
It was revealed by the founder of Carnatica, Mr. K.N. Sashikaran that there would be celebration of art in all dimensions. He added that language, cultural plus regional and age barriers would be broken. The fusion music in this upcoming music extravaganza would be mesmerizing the music lovers.
Popular carnatic singer Mrs, Sudha Rangunathan kick- started the music festival by singing a popular concert on women empowerment titled ‘Sthree Shakthi”. It must be noted that famous Hindustani flautist Pandit Ronu Majumdar accompanied by 200 girl children from Dr. Sudha Raja’s Sargam choir also made their presence felt yesterday in Chennai.
