The Chennai Meteorological Centre has informed us that there are prospects for rain due to the thermal convectional rain phenomenon in 12 districts in Tamil Nadu.
A dry climate prevails in the states of Tamil Nadu and Andhra and Puducherry. Rains have intensified in Kerala since yesterday (Monday, 11th November).
It is expected this climate will change gradually and there would be rains in Tamil Nadu and Puducherry.
In this scenario, the Chennai Meteorological Centre has informed that there are prospects for medium rain due to the thermal convectional rain phenomenon only in Tamil Nadu in 12 districts including Sivagangai, Thoothukudi, Pudhukkottai, Thanjavur, Thiruvarur, Nagappattinam, Dharmapuri, Salem, Erode, Coimbatore, and Niligiri.
