Ownership Bond Deed distribution camp in Palavakkam Chozhan Nagar on 28th November!

A special ‘Ownership deed Bond’ distribution camp is organised on behalf of the Tamil Nadu State Government Slum Clearance Board for the residents of the Palavakkam Chozhan Nagar locality day-after-tomorrow (Thursday, 28th November).

A notification released by the Tamil Nadu State government in this regard mentions:

Many hutment areas were chosen by the Tamil Nadu State Government Slum Clearance Board to be developed as improved hutment constructions with added facilities in a joint project with CMDA (Chennai Metro Development Authority) and Tamil Nadu suburban development projects and then to be handed over to the respective residents. A special allotment (quota) order on this had been issued by the Tamil Nadu Slum Clearance Board

Once the Government Order was created with the ownership of the lands to the Tamil Nadu Slum Clearance Board, the ‘ownership deed bond’ will be distributed to the allotted persons.

Accordingly, the ‘Ownership Deed Bond’ distribution function for the 73 allottees residing in Palavakkam Chozhan Nagar is being organised as a special camp on Thursday, 28th November at the office of the Tamil Nadu Slum Clearance Board Estate Office located in Chennai Mandavelli.

The allottees or the nominated heirs mentioned above must submit their applications attached with a copy of the allotment order, and copies of the family ration card, Voter ID card, and Aadhar card.

If the claimant is an heir, then he/she will need to attach the death certificate, proof of heirdom (original),  the receipt of having paid for the plot/land, and in case of loans being taken, the receipt of loan payment Copies) along with the applications.

The claimants for receiving the ownership deed bond can participate and avail.’
