LIC announces a special concession!

LIC has announced that the policy premium henceforth maybe paid through credit cards without any charges.
A notification released by LIC in this regard :
With a view to encouraging digital financial transactions, Life Insurance Corporation of India has cancelled the charges for payment of the policy premiums through credit cards.
This concession will be effective from 1st December 2019.
Tasks relating to the renewal of policies, payment of premium in advance, payment of loans/interest on loans, etc., can now be paid through credit cards without any additional charges.
This facility has been implemented in all LIC Collection Centres.
The policy holders can now receive the online services through My LIC App.
