Any problems with drinking water/drain water can be explained at the open session!

The public may present their complaints if any, regarding the drinking water and the drain/sewerage water at the open grievance session to be conducted tomorrow (Saturday, 11th January).
A notification released by CMWSSB (Chennai Metro Water Supply and Sewerage Board}:
An open grievance session is being conducted on every 2nd Saturday of each month by CMWSSB. The pen session for this the month is being conducted tomorrow (Saturday, 11th January) from 10.00 AM to 1.00 PM in all the Ward offices of CMWSSB.
The Citizens of Chennai can participate in this open session can ask questions or make complaints regarding drinking water and sewage water systems and doubts regarding the existing connections and new connections and get them attended/clarified by submitting petitions.
Further, they may learn about rainwater harvesting. The open session in each ward will be conducted by the respective Superintending Engineer. In the open session conducted on 10th December last month, 22 petitions were received regarding drinking water. Sewerage and action have been taken on 17 petitions and completed. Action is in progress on the balance 5 petitions.
