TASMAC shops to remain closed on 8th February

On the occasion of the Memorial Day of Vallalar (Ramalinga Adigalar) on 8th February (Saturday), all TASMAC shops will remain closed. Alcoholic beverages MUST NOT BE SOLD on this day.
The Chennai District Collector Seethalakshmi has warned that stringent action will be taken on those who violate this order as per Tamil Nadu Alcoholic beverages Retail Sales Act Rules, 2003.
