It is known that most of us would like to have our favourite foods / snacks before the journey. Many of us face issues after taking some snacks /foods before the flight journey. Hence, it is important that we must be careful in eating the foods before the flight trip.

Avoid eating fried foods:
These fried foods might be delicious but they must be avoided before flight journey. Point is fried foods might lead to heartburn in us. Fried foods have lots of sodium and could lead to fluid retention and bloating etc.
Avoid drinking coffee:
Many drink coffee before taking flight journey but it is revealed that caffeine in the coffee could create headache and nausea issues in us due to its dehydrating property.

Delicious and sweet, apples must be avoided before flight journey. The presence of fibre in the apples could lead to issues in digestion. We might have issues like gas, bloating etc.

It is important that we must not eat red meat before the flight journey. The reason for that is it would be difficult to digest red meat. The person might feel uncomfortable throughout the flight journey.
Avoid eating spicy foods:
