Introduction of tourism trip to Coimbatore Isha Centre!

A new tourism programme has been introduced by the Tamil Nadu Tourism Department to the Coimbatore Isha Centre on the sacred occasion of Maha Sivarathri.

Isha Centre has been operating with Coimbatore as its headquarters. A gigantic statue of Lord Siva known as ‘Adi Yogi’ has been set up here in this centre. It is traditional by Isha Centre to celebrate the sacred occasion of Maha Sivarathri with great verve, enthusiasm, and devotion every year! A large number of tourists, both from abroad and from the country, visit this Isha Centre on this holy occasion, participate and enjoy this experience!

In this scenario, on this sacred occasion of the ensuing Maha Sivarathri, a new special pilgrimage tour has been introduced on behalf of the Tamil Nadu Tourism Development Corporation. The bus will start departing from the Headquarters of Tamil Nadu Tourism Development Corporation at 6.00 AM on 21st February and reach Coimbatore by evening. The pilgrims (tourists) will participate in the Maha Sivarathri festival performed at the Isha Centre. The bus will return to Chennai the next day at 8.30 PM.
