Srirangam Chithirai car festival Starts with flag Hoisting

Srirangam Ranganathar Temple (Boologa Vaigundam) celebrates "Virupan Thirunal" every year. Chithirai car festival had started from yesterday.
This festival is clebrating in the Ranganathar Temple for more than 1000 years.
In this festival the important event "Chithirai ther Thiruvizha" going to held on May 7th, 2013.
