Central Government Order: for additional facilities in hospitals!

The central government has advised the state governments to allocate funds to set up additional facilities in the hospital, especially for the coronavirus pandemic.
A circular sent by the central government in this regard:
In order to meet the challenge thrown by the spreading coronavirus infection, additional testing laboratories and isolated special wards are mandatory to be set up in hospitals. Hence, the state governments must allocate the required funds for this purpose.
Essential items such as ventilators, masks, medicine items, etc., must be kept in ready stock.
