Take a spoon of ground Kadukkai (known as Indian Hog plum or haritaki or Terminala Chebula) powder, mix it in hot water and during in the night. ‘Thhodhuvalai’ soup and ‘musaumuskkai’ adai are also recommended. Though this is not a preventive measure for coronavirus – however, it will certainly help increase the body resistance against the coronavirus infection and it is totally harmless on the human body!

Children food!
In case the young children do not relish these traditional medicina items, there are other methods to increase their body resistance to illnesses – infection! Grind a mixture of ginger (sukku), pepper, and thippili (known as ‘thrikadugu sooranam’). Teke a small measure – less than half-a-teaspoon- of this powder, mix it with honey and give it to the children after the breakfast – is an excellent item for good health of children! Give this for a week – and then twice a week!  Also, take a bunch of the leaves of the ‘kaepooravalli’ plant wash, grind,  make a juice and give it twice a week!
