Department of Higher Education: All semester examinations postponed to the next academic year!

The Tamil Nadu State Government Department of Higher Education has informed that the semester examinations which have not been conducted due to the present lockdown imposition will be conducted during the start of the next semester.
As a preventive measure against the spreading of the raging coronavirus pandemic, Act 144 has been imposed in the state of Tamil Nadu. Due to this, colleges have declared a vacation since 17th March.
As the reopening date of the colleges has not been announced yet, another question that has arisen is whether the semester examinations will be conducted.
In this situation, in the latest notification released by the State Government Department of Higher Education, it has been clarified that the semester examinations will be conducted at the start of the next semester when the colleges reopen.
