Booking for flight services from 1st June!

With the central government has clearly announced that no advance booking for flight services must be done until the next announcement, information is gathered, on the contrary, that advance booking for flight services is started for flights from 1st June!
The Airline companies and the booking agents have started the booking activities for flight services from 1st June, However, the Central Ministry for Aviation Transport had clearly announced no to book until the next announcement.
The Airline companies have informed through e-mail that the flight tickets which were booked assuming resumption of flight services on 4th May have been accounted as advance and that the flight services WILL NOT RESUME AFTER 4th MAY.
It is informed that once the flight services are resumed, booking can be done with the payment already made. With the ‘unapproved’ booking procedure restarted, the officials warn that in case of flight services are NOT resumed from 1st June, there might be a situation where the airlines may not refund the booked amounts to the passengers who booked!
