BhavanaMukthasanam series - various aspects
The exercise enhances the energy circulation in our body.
This exercise focuses on the knots which create the nerve and tissue zones, especially the difficulties faced in the waist area. This exercise concentrates on this area.
It compresses/contracts the tissues accumulated in in the lower belly part and the waist part and revamps the tissues in these zones.
This exercise also removes the blocks on the energy circulation in the spinal cord!
It livens up the lungs and hearts.
This exercise enhances the functioning of the glandless hormone generators.
The routine: Aasanam, Pranayamam, and Dhyanam
