Thiruppavai is the holy words of Andal towards her beloved Lord Krishna. The literature is not just a book but it establishes love and the culture in a wide scope. Though we have found variations in our lifestyle, certain things cannot be changed and one such happiness in listening to Thiruppavai on the coldest Margazhi morning. Thiruppavai consists of 30 pasuram (verses). Andal, the daughter of Periyazhvaar, has written this literature expressing the love towards her lord and wakes up the girls in her community to worship God for prosperity in life.

The heartening swarams of Violin by Sreeraman, the earthening sounds of the ghatam by Umashakar, and the kanjeera of Selvaganesh make the place where the song is played devotional.
