High Court - Not possible to ban the imposition of FasTag system in Tollgates!

The High Court has declared the following:
- It is not possible to ban the implementation of ‘FasTag’ System in tollgates.
- There is no evidence/proofs that there are maloperations in the FasTag Collection System.
- Also, there is no proof or evidence for the complaint that the tollgate charges are double in the FasTag system.
