Carbohydrates are the main sources of our energy. Many of us feel that by cutting carbohydrates we could lose weights faster. Keeping a balance in the intake of carbohydrates is important. Consuming excess carbs in the form of sugar and processed foods would lead to weight gain in us. It must be noted that by not eating any carbohydrates could feel tired all the time.
An underlying disease:
Truth is please don’t feel happy if you lose your weight without actually trying to lose weight. It is said that unintentional weight loss could indicate an underlying disease. So, be careful.
Presence of many nutritional deficiencies:
We are losing weight in an unhealthy way as shown by the presence of many nutritional deficiencies in us. Our body needs essential nutrients for various functions and intake of a balanced diet is necessary. The intake of a balanced diet is recommended for weight loss. Feeling low, digestive issues, feeling tired, dull skin etc shows that the body is not getting adequate nutrients.
Body pain due to excess exercising:
This also indicates that we are losing our weights in an unhealthy way. Many of us do vigorous exercises for losing weights and it could create pain, injury etc in us. We must begin with low intensity exercises and later try more intense exercises.
