Recently, it has been mentioned that the state government has been thinking of reopening the schools in TN in a phased manner. Now, the school education minister has revealed the exact information regarding reopening of the schools.

It is important to mention that the unlock 4.0 guidelines issued by the government recommended the reopening of the schools from 21st of September. There are many states in India that have been getting ready to resume classes for the students belonging to 10, 11 and 12 in the schools.

It is now said that TN has adopted wait and watch mode before taking any decision regarding the reopening of the schools in haste in this Coronavirus pandemic. Truth is in the current academic year, 15.30 lakh students have joined the government and government aided schools in TN.
