It is indeed extremely useful to know about all the free services rendered by the banks
Most of the public sector banks offer the facilities for the senior citizens, differently-abled and other categories of the public to access bank services from their respective residences - without visiting the bank!
To avail some of the more significant services, you just need to make a call to the bank/branch – the bank representative will visit the residence immediately and offer the required service!
With the objective of simplifying the banking procedures/systems, the plan ‘Ease’ was introduced in the year 2018. Accordingly, several modifications/enhancements were made in the operating system of the banks!
Using the bank’s website, call-centre, or the mobile App, we can apply for the required services. In the 1st Phase of this scheme, the bank staff employed in the 100 service centres of the banks throughout the country will visit the customer/applicant’s residence and offer the service asked for!
Presently, services offered in this scheme include an application for cheque books, depositing the cheques in the savings account, statement of balance, etc. The service of bringing cash to the customers’ residence is scheduled to start next month!
