The skin tends to get dry rather quickly during the rainy season! This will lead to the contracting of the skin. White patches can be seen on the skin surface. Thus, the healthy lustre of the skin will be lost! To avoid this, one needs to practice some maintenance routines for the skin. Here are some:
- Moisture content is essential for the skin. It is also essential to have a glistening facial skin with moisture. So, use moisturizers. Ensure that all the other make-up items are creamy.
- Drink water. During the rainy season, the body expends a lot of heat. This will reduce the water content in the body. To compensate for this, drink water frequently. Though you are not likely to feel thirsty during the rainy season, still take care to drink water frequently.
- Wash the face with warm water. Avoid taking bath with hot water. The hot water bath may tend to increase the dryness in the body. If necessary, mix some quantity of hot water with cold water, make it lukewarm and then take bath. Washing the face with hot water may remove the natural oil in the skin!
- Night-time skin maintenance: Even while getting up in the morning, the skin would be dry and unclear. To avoid this, apply a moisturizer that can be used in the night before going to seep. Doing this, the face would be clear with moisture in the morning while getting up!
