Release of draft voters list throughout Tamil Nadu today (16th)!

Tamil Nadu Chief Election Officer Sathyaprasad Sahu has informed that the draft voters’ list is being released today throughout Tamil Nadu.
The respective District Election Officers will release the draft voters’ list of the respective district at 11.30 AM.
Subsequently, special camps are being planned to be organised on 21st & 22nd November and 12th & 13th of December throughout the State of Tami Nadu to carry out the inclusion/deletions of names in the list and correction of data.
With the scheduled General Elections for the Tamil Nadu State Legislative Assembly in the year 2021, the Election Commission has planned to release the Final Voters’ List on 20th January.
