The counselling sessions for joining graduate medical courses, MBBS & BDS, for the general cadre candidates are scheduled to commence today (Monday, 23rd November).
Today being the 1stDay, 361 candidates have been called for the counselling session.
The counselling for pursuing graduate medical courses MB|BS & BDS commenced on 18th November. In the 1st Phase, counselling was conducted for the 7.5% quota candidates of students who studied in the government high schools.
Accordingly, 313 MBBS seats and 92 BDS seats were filled up. Thus, during the counselling conducted for the 1st 3 days for 405 seats, except for 6 BDS seats, all the other quota seats got filled. Subsequently, the balance 6 BDS seats have been diverted to the general cadre counselling session.
In this situation, the counselling for the candidates from the general cadre is scheduled to commence today (Monday, 23rd |November). On the 1st day, counselling will be given to the candidates who secured the ranks 1to 361 (NEET marks from 710 to 631) in the merit/rank list.
For the candidates who secured the ranks from 362 to 751, (NEET Marks from 630 to 61) the counselling is scheduled on tomorrow (Tuesday, 24th November).
Subsequently, counselling is scheduled on Wednesday, 25th November for the candidates who secured ranks from 752 to 120 (NEET Marks 609 to 592) and on Thursday, 26th November for the candidates who secured ranks from 1204 to 1701 (NEET Marks 591 to 575). On the subsequent days, counselling will be conducted according to the merit/rank list further as above.
