UGC orders refund of full fees paid by students who joined this year and left later

The University Grants Commission (UGC) has ordered that academic institution must refund the full fees paid by those students who joined courses in this academic year and left the course subsequently.
UGC has further warned that any violation by the administration of the universities / colleges / academic institutions in this regard will entail severe legal action!
