IRCTC commences a new 1-day tourism trip to Tirupathi!

The Indian Railways Catering and Tourism Corporation (IRCTC) has commenced a new 1-day tourism trip plan to have a Darshan of the Lord Venkateswara at the famous Tirupathi temple.

In this regard, it may be noted that Andhra State Road Transport Corporation, and the Tourism Departments of the State Governments of Tamil Nadu and Andhra Pradesh have already been hugely successfully operating such a 1-day tourism plan by road for the visitors/devotees to have a Darshan of the Lord Venkateswara temple at Tirupathi!

As such, IRCTC has just announced the new 1-day tourism trip, called ‘Divine Balaji Darshanam’ to take the interested tourists/devotees for the Darshan of Lord Sri Venkateswara.

As per the schedule announced by IRCTC on this 10day tourism/Darshan tour, the passengers, wherever they are must gather at the Tirupathi Railway Station by 8.00 AM on the given date on their own expense!

From here the trip ‘Divine Balaji Darshan’, will take off. Once the devotees complete the Darshan of Goddess Padmavathi Thayar at Thiruchanur (Consort of Lord Venkateswara) and the Darshan of Lord Sri Venkateswara at Tirupathi temple and the return trip will be in the same day evening or night.

The devotees, while reserving for the train travel and this 1-tour, Divine Balaji Darshan, must use the same identity for both.

The males participating in this tour must wear only Dhoti, shirt, Kurta or pajamas. Females can wear saris or churidhars. It has been explained that WEARING T-SHIRTS AND JEANS IS NOT ALLOWED!

ALSO, PLEASE NOTE THAT THERE IS NO STAY FACILITY IN THIS TOUR! ORIGINAL IDENTITY CARDS MUST BE BROUGHT.

THE FEES FOR THIS NEW1-DAY DIVINE BALAJI DARSHAN TOUS IS FIXED AT Rs. 900/- PER PERSON.
