Right from being the authentic identity proof of the citizen, Aadhar card card also helps in availing the various welfare benefits offered by the central government!
By linking the LPG Connection with the Aadhar card, the LPG Cooking Gas Cylinder subsidy can be availed.
Under the scheme DPT – Direct Personal Transaction, the central government organises to get the subsidy amount credited to the consumer’s Bank Savings Account. However, the consumer MUST LINK their Aadhar card details with the LPG Gas Connection Details!

This linking of Aadhar Card with LPG Gas Connection details CAN BE DONE BOTH ONLINE & OFFLINE!
Options are available to do this link through IVRS, SMS and direct internet access.
Procedure for online linking of Aadhar card with LPG Gas connection Details
- Visit the website: www.rasf.uidai.gov.in/seeding/User/ResidentSelfSeedingpds.aspx.
- Fill up the details asked for.
- Once entering the details asked for, select the option Consumer LPG Benefits. Further, you can see details of Bharath Gas Connection BPCL and the INDANE Gas Connection ICCL, etc.
- Now, click the detail of the your LPG Gas connection
- Now, you will see the options of the LPG Agents. Fill all other details asked for. Enter the LPG Cooking Gas Consumer Number.
- Now, enter your e-mail address, mobile number, and Aadhar card and click the ‘submit’ button.
- Now, an OTP – One-Time-Password will be sent to the given mobile phone number. Enter this OTP.
- Once completing the above procedure, these details will be verified by the authorities. Further, you will receive the message for the completed registration.
Procedure to link Aadhaar Cars with LPG Gas Connection Details through SMS
In this, you have to register your number with the Gas Agency. You have to send an SMS to the Service Provider regarding the linking of Aadhar card with gas connection details. After completing this, you requested service will be attended.
Procedure to link Aadhar card with LPG Gas connection through IVRS
In this procedure you need to visit the official website of your LPG Gas Connection Provider.
The option IVRS - Interactive Voice Response – can be seen. Please note that there are different IVRS for each district. Further, you can get the number though the details furnished by thehe consumer company.
