No respite from scorching heat in Chennai

With midsummer starting on Friday, the temperature levels continued to stay high in the Chennai. Nungambakkam recorded this year’s highest maximum temperature for June month at 39.7 degree Celsius On Thursday,while Meenambakkam registered 38.5 degree Celsius.
