More lockdown relaxations from today in Chennai and TN

The chief minister of TN, Mr. M.K. Stalin has announced more relaxations in the lockdown starting from today, 28th June 2021 in the 23 districts belonging in TN to the category 2.
It is now said that in the 23 districts in TN textile shops and jewellery shops could resume their operations. One important condition is that these shops would be allowed to function from morning 9am to evening 7pm without air-conditioners.
Just 50percent of customers would be allowed in these textile and jewellery shops in the 23 districts belonging to TN. In the districts like Chennai, Kancheepuram, Chengalpet and Tiruvallur jewellery shops and textile shops can be reopened. It must be taken into account that 23 districts districts such as Trichy, Ariyalur, Madurai, Theni, Tirunelveli, Thoothukudi, Cuddalore and Dharmapuri etc belong to the category 2. Other districts in the category 2 are Dindigul, Villupuram, Kanniyakumari, Kallakurichi, Krishnagiri, Vellore, Virudhunagar etc.
