Who would not like to buy houses in famous cities in India like Chennai, Mumbai, Bengaluru, Hyderabad and Pune etc?
It has been brought out that in seven important cities the sale of houses has decreased by 23percent. The study report from JLL India has pointed out that from April to June in 2021 the sales of houses have dipped by 23% when compared to the sale of houses in the previous quarter. In the same time period in the financial year, the sales have increased by 83% when compared to the same period in the last financial year. When compared to the previous quarter, sales have increased by 47% in Bengaluru. In Chennai city, there has been a dip in the sales of houses by81%. The sales of houses have dipped in various cities like Delhi, Hyderabad, Kolkata, Pune etc.
It must be noted that in Mumbai city, the sales of houses have increased minimally now than the previous quarter. Truth is that when compared to the sales of houses in the first half of the year 2020 the sales in this first half in 2021 has become more by 18percent. By this, it is clear that the requirements of the people have increased.
