No physical education class, no lunch break etc for the students in the Chennai schools!!

No lunch break for the students in the schools!! Unimaginable right!!
In the Coronavirus pandemic situation, the schools are reopening for the students belonging to the classes 9 to 12 from today. Parents and the school management are highly concerned about the safety and health of the children.
It was mentioned by the school education minister Mr. Anbil Mahesh Poyyamozhi that the schools could function from 9:30 am to 3:30 pm in the evening. It is now brought out that more than 10 schools would be functioning till 1or 1:30 pm to avoid lunch breaks.
Kilpauk based K.A Ekambaranathar Higher Secondary School, Nirmala Gowri spoke about how during the lunch break the students would interact with each other and how it was not possible to stop that. She added that the students are coming back to their schools after nearly 2 years and due to this they would be highly excited. She concluded that there would be classes till 1pm with a 5 minute break. It is learnt that most schools would be following the same and there would not be any lunch break for the students. Intervals have been planned in such a way that students of no 2 classes would have at the same time.
The school education minister later hinted that there would not be any physical education period for the students and students would not be allowed in the playgrounds. The superb piece of information is that most students have decided to come to schools inspite of the option of attending online classes from their homes.
