Weather update: Red Alert to Chennai Metro City as cyclonic format persists!

With recorded rainfall of 20cm in Chennai Metro City from 8.30 PM yesterday (Saturday, 6th November) until the present time, as per the latest weather forecast, it is gathered that the rains will persist for another 2 hours.
There are strong prospects for heavy rains in the districts of Kanchipuram, Chengalpattu, and Thiruvallur.
