Current updates and situation of Traffic movements in Chennai City in view of North East Monsoon Rainfall

1. Traffic Diversions:
i) To facilitate the dewatering work by Greater Chennai Corporation at Bazullah road, the following traffic diversion effected at VaniMahal junction. The Traffic intending towards Bazullah Road from G.N.Chetty Road - VaniMahal junction is diverted towards G.N.Chetty Road, Habibullah Road.
ii) To facilitate the drain water work at Anna main Road in front of K.K.Nagar G.H, the traffic intending towards Udhayam theatre are allowed in the opposite direction. Similarly at Udhayam junction the heavy vehicles from Kasi point and intending towards Anna main Road is diverted towards Ashok pillar.
General:
There is rain in all parts of Chennai with no impact on the traffic and public.
