The 3rd Master Plan for Chennai revealed now - Vision TN growth for 10 years!!

The chief minister of TN Mr. M.K. Stalin was busy inaugurating Statecon 2021- Vision Tamil Nadu Growth for The Next 10 years. This was organized by Credai or Confederation of Real Estate Developers Association of India, TN Chapter.
The CM of TN revealed about the master plan that is being prepared now. In this plan, combating floods, urbanization, traffic disruptions and various other issues pertaining to Chennai would be given importance. It is learnt that in Pattinapakkam in Chennai, a business center is being planned.
It was brought to light by the chief minister that there are also superb plans to raise the Koyambedu integrated market and bus stand, Madhavaram bus terminus and Sathangadu Iron Market to global standards. By the year 2031, there might be no slums in the state of TN and the government is taking steps for this. There are also plans to provide 9.5lakh houses for the poor in the next 10 years.
The chief minister later shed light on the Affordable Rental Housing Complex Scheme and explained about how the private companies must construct houses and dormitories on their own lands and rent them to those in need for the next 25 years. By this, the persons from other states coming to Tamil Nadu for work would be benefited. Point to be noted is that the construction sector has been the major contributor to the economic growth of Tamil Nadu. This sector was a revenue generator through registration of property.
It is superb to note that Tamil Nadu earned around Rs5973 crores in the month of September alone from the registration of documents. Increase of 17percent in the registrations was witnessed in November and this was more when compared to the last year.
It is learnt that a single window portal would be launched to quickly start the construction work by approving plots of land inside 60 days.
