Holiday today for the schools and colleges in TN district

In the Gulf of Mannar, there is atmospheric air circulation and due to this there would be light to moderate rains with lightning and thunder in one or two places in the districts in south TN, Thanjavur, Tiruvarur, Nagapattinam, Mayiladuthurai, Cuddalore, Karaikal etc. This was announced by the RMC. It was also announced that there would be heavy rains in one or two places belonging to south coastal districts, delta districts etc.
In the district of Tiruvarur, it has been raining since the day before yesterday and now rains have become heavy there. It is now revealed that today 12th February 2022 the schools and colleges in this Tiruvarur district have been given holiday.
