International Airports Council has awarded the Best Airport Services’ for the Chennai Airport!
The Airport Officials in Chennai Airport have been personally ascertaining the details of the experiences of the passengers. Chennai Airport provided the best services especially during the period of the coronavirus pandemic rage. As an honour for providing this excellent service, the International Airport Council has accorded ‘The Voice of the Customer’ to Chennai Airport!
In a notification released in this regard by the Director of Chennai Airport Sarathkumar, it is mentioned:
“This is an indication of the approval for the priority accorded by the Chennai Airport to the passengers! Further, this recognition will be a catalyst for the Airport to improve the services even further.
This accord given by the International Airports Council has accorded this honour for the great services rendered to the passengers, especially during the raging coronavirus pandemic waves!
