New Complaint number announced for reporting Cyber Crimes!

A new complaint number has been announced by the Cyber Crime Police Department for reporting about cyber crimes – ‘1930’.
Cyber Crimes have been increasing of late in Tamil Nadu, As such, as per the Tamil Nadu Chief Minister M. K. Stalin’s latest order, the Tamil Nadu Police Department has been carrying out certain bold changes in the rules and regulations.
Cyber Crime Police Stations have been set up in every district.
With this, immediate action is taken on receipt of the cybercrime complaints regarding bank and internet cyber crimes.
In this regard, instead of the already functioning cyber crimes complaint number ‘155260’, a new number ‘1930’ has been set up for cybercrime complaints/help.
With complaints on cybercrimes received on this number regarding bank crimes, immediate action is taken to block the concerned account number so that the cybercrime gang concerned is prevented from committing further crimes.
As such, the new system with an exclusive cybercrime complaint number is extremely useful in protecting the common public money!!
