Taj Coromandel presents a new menu

At Taj Coromandel, Golden Dragon, the Cantonese and Schezwan cuisine restaurant presents a new menu, by Chef Ho Chun Kee. He serves popular recipes from the last 40 years, while experimenting with new flavours. The menu includes everything from dimsums and appetisers to main course and delectable desserts drawn from traditional Cantonese and Schezwan recipes.

There are healthier and lighter options too with a section dedicated to salads and light clear soups. Some of the new dishes include Beijing Duck and Roast Pork featured along with street and night market cuisine such as Singapore Chilly Crab and Char Kway Teow. A Tea Bar also offers tea with apple and cinnamon, green tea with pineapple and apricot, green and white tea with peach and chamomile, China jasmine with whole jasmine flowers and Chinese chun tea with ginseng and citrus.
