Irregular period issue - What foods women must eat??

Irregular period is one of the most common issues faced by a woman. It must be taken into note that irregular period is a menstruation disorder where a woman would have irregular menstrual cycle lengths. There are various reasons for irregular period issues in a woman and these are imbalanced levels of oestrogen and improper flow of blood in the pelvic area. When a woman has irregular periods then she would experience abnormal uterine bleeding like bleeding or spotting between periods, bleeding after sexual intercourse, heavy bleeding during periods etc.

It is noteworthy that by weight gain a woman would have hormonal imbalance and this would result in irregular periods. Therefore, to avoid obesity it is essential that a woman must select and eat them. Foods that can be consumed by a woman during irregular period issue are

Intake of parsley:
There would be a proper production of estrogen when a woman consumes parsley. This is mainly due to the presence of 2 compounds like myristicin and apiole present in parsley. These would help in managing the menstrual cycle.

Intake of papaya:
Truth is that carotene present in papaya would stimulate and regulate estrogen levels in the body. Menstrual cramps would get reduced. Papaya fruit must not be consumed by a pregnant woman.

Intake of ginger:
It would be possible to manage irregular periods by consuming ginger. It is well known that ginger is rich in vitamin C and magnesium. It is a known fact that intake of ginger would also help in overcoming cold, improves digestion etc.

Intake of cinnamon:
When a woman consumes cinnamon her body would get warmed up from inside and there would be increased blood flow. Not only flavour but health would also become better by intake of cinnamon.

Intake of pineapples:
Red blood cells as well as white blood cells would become more when pineapples are consumed by a woman. Intake of this superb fruit would also regulate blood flow and shedding of uterus lining during menstruation.

Intake of carom seeds:
Menstrual irregularities would be relieved by consuming carom seeds that has got antispasmodic qualities. Uterus would also get stimulated by carom seeds intake. These seeds could help in bowel movements.

Intake of beetroot:
MaMany women experience bloating problems during their periods and by consuming beetroot this issue would get reduced. It would be possible to manage the disturbed menstrual cycle.
