Doing exercises every day would be fantastic for us to lead a happy and healthy life. Therefore, it is necessary that we must exercise for atleast 30 minutes in a day to get several health benefits. One of the best exercises is going for a morning walk or morning run. The feeling which we would get under the morning sun would be sensational.

It is natural that we would feel fatigued after completing the morning run under the sun. We might feel totally confused regarding what to consume after completing the morning running or walking. It is important to avoid these foods like pizzas, spicy foods, carbonated drinks, fried foods etc after the morning walking or running.

Various foods that we could eat after the morning running or walking are

Intake of Banana along with peanut butter:
This is a superb combination and after completing the morning running or walking we can eat this combination for recovering from energy loss at a fast rate. This combo would also help us to handle sudden hunger after the morning activity.

Intake of Watermelon:
Good amounts of citrulline and lycopene are present in watermelons. This fruit is also low in calories and citrulline produces nitric oxide. This would delay the fatigue after the morning activity. We can eat watermelon in fruit form or as salad etc.

Intake of chocolate milk:
We all love to drink chocolate milk. Truth is that this drink would be superb after the morning walk or running. This drink is known for its exercise recovery benefits.

Intake of veggies omelette:
Rich in minerals, vitamins, proteins and healthy fats etc, veggie omelette would help us in weight loss plus it would speed up recovery from fatigue post morning activity.
