It is not a surprise that many people these days get affected with issues like hypertension, diabetes etc. Not many of us would know the fact that India is the diabetic capital of the world.

Factors like poor eating habits coupled with bad lifestyle and excess stress have affected the cortisol levels in us and it has resulted in the insulin sensitivity in us.  Many these days with high blood sugar levels depend on slow release medications and injections etc. These would affect the overall health of the person.

We can consume this common Indian herb every day in the early morning in the form of juice or tea. We can wash and chew some giloy and by this insulin sensitivity, improve metabolism, boost immunity. The functions of important organs like the liver and spleen would get better. We would also be able to fight various allergies with the help of giloy.

Neem and Madhunashini intake:
Insulin sensitivity can be managed with the help of neem or Madhunashini intake. We can consume neem in the form of tea. It can also be added to detox water and can be consumed every morning.

Ashwagandha intake:
Ashwgandha is another important herb that will help us to manage diabetes conditions effectively.
