Most of us would have had a buffet lunch where several foods or dishes would have been available. These dishes would be available to eat at a reasonable price in the buffet and this would make us not miss on the buffet meals. It is not known to many of us that eating too many dishes together would create issues to the digestion process. Some people might even get food borne illness after eating a variety of foods at a buffet lunch. It is better to avoid certain foods while having buffet meals.

Avoid fried foods intake:
It is common to find fried foods in buffet lunches and many of us would like to eat fried foods. People must take care and must avoid fried foods because of the fact that the oil used would create heart issues also.
Avoid sprout intake:
Sprouts intake could be of tremendous benefits but they must not be consumed in buffet lunch. They are grown in damp environments and it would not be possible to clean them fully when they are being served for many people. The sprouts might be a carrier for germs. So, please take care.
Avoid macaroni salad:
It is obvious that delicious Macaroni salads would be there in buffet lunches and it would be kept in the open for a long time. Eating Macaroni salad will lead to bacteria entering our body. This would lead to issues in us.
Avoid dressing intake:
Those in buffet lunch must not consume dressings. Fact is that buffet lunch would have lots of dressings like Honey mustard dressing, Italian dressing, Ranch dressing etc. Dressings would have lots of sugar, sodium and preservatives etc and bacteria would breed easily from these when they are kept in the open.
Avoid sushi intake:
Many these days love to eat a Japanese food called Sushi. Fresh and good quality seafood must be used to make healthy Sushi. Making good Sushi takes a lot of time and it is advised to eat this food from a trusted place and not from a buffet lunch. Sushi would become stale in the buffet lunch and would not even taste fresh and good.
