Camps to be held in Chennai TOMORROW for linking Aadhaar card with voter card!!

In all the polling centres in Chennai, camps would be held on Sunday 4th September 2022 to link Aadhaar card with the voter`s card.
The Chennai Corporation has mentioned in its press release that as per the instructions of Election Commission of India linking of Aadhaar cards with voter`s card has started on 1st August across India.
It added that a special camp for linking Aadhaar number cards with voter`s Id would be held in Chennai tomorrow for 16 assembly constituencies in the Chennai district from 10am to 5pm. The eligible voters must voluntarily approach the polling centre officer to link their Aadhaar number with voter ID.
It is important to note that those who have already submitted form 6B, Aadhaar number, voter Id number and mobile phone details either online or when the polling officers visited the houses are not required to come to the special camp.
