Revolutionary Scheme - Whats the latest regarding the Pudhumai Penn scheme launched today in Chennai?

Today, 5th September 2022, the chief minister of Tamil Nadu Mr. M.K. Stalin grabbed the attention of many when he launched the `Pudumai Penn` scheme.
According to this superb scheme, an amount of Rs 1000 would be given to each girl student who has completed her education in the government school and has opted for higher studies.
The launch event saw the chief minister of Delhi Mr. Arvind Kejriwal making his presence felt in the above said college.
According to the chief minister of TN it was very clear that this Pudhumai Penn scheme would accelerate the educational growth in TN, would increase the number of educated persons, would increase the overall wisdom plus it would increase the gender parity, reduce girl child marriages, would provide authority to women, would make them independent and provide self respect to them etc.
It must be remembered that the DMK government has renamed the already existing ` Moovalur Ramamirtham Ammaiyar Higher Education Assurance Scheme as Moovalur Ramamirtham Ammaiyar Higher Education assurance scheme. It is noteworthy that under this scheme all girl students who have studied from 6th class till 12th class in the government schools and who opted for higher education would be given Rs 1000. This scheme is now implemented under the new name Pudhumai Penn scheme.
Today, the CM of Delhi inaugurated 26 schools of excellence and 15 model schools etc. Mr. Arvind Kejriwal was happy regarding the launching of Pudhumai Penn scheme and said the whole nation would be watching the scheme. He was of the view that this new scheme for the girl students would become a revolutionary scheme not only in TN but across the entire India.
It is known that the CM of TN Mr. M.K. Stalin visited Delhi on 1st April 2022 to know about the model schools and Mohalla clinics.
