Shocking! Omnibus Fares are up 300%!

Let festival holidays or successive holidays come – with families deciding to travel to native places, etc.! This is the chance for the FARES FOR THE OMNI BUSES TO RAISE MULTIPLE TIMES!
The Omnibus owners and administrators utilize this opportunity to increase the fares abnormally high!
As such, the most important Indian festival of Deepavali is approaching fast to be celebrated on 24th October! It is only to be expected for a large number of families to plane trip to their native places and celebrated Deepavali!
As such, as explained, the fares for the omnibuses have again shot up for this occasion!
- For example, the Omnibus fare from Chennai Metro City to Thirunelveli ranges from Rs. 1899 (minimum) to Rs. 2938/- (maximum!).
- For Chennai to Madurai, the omnibus fare is Rs. 1699/- (minimum) to Rs. 2150/- (maximum).
- There have been similar increases in travel by omnibus to other places as well!
- Passengers complain that the fare for omnibus travel from Chennai Metro City to Coimbatore, a maximum of Rs. 3950 is being collected as the bus fare!
