Garter Council of Chennai sends 50 students who secured high ranks on a North India tour!!

The Greater Chennai Corporation has arranged to send 50 students (boys and girls) who studied in Corporation Schools and secured good marks and high ranks to a 7-day tour of North India!
The program of sending 50 meritorious students who secured the maximum marks in the Public Examinations for the 10th Standard on a North India tour of historically important places on behalf of the Greater Chennai Corporation is being executed every year.
Along with these meritorious students, 5 teachers of Corporation Schools and an Assistant Education Officer also are sent for this trip!
The Greater Chennai Corporation takes care of the entire expenditure including the travel fare, lodging and boarding (food) expenses!
These students return on 8th November after the tour of historical North Indian locations.
