RC Madras-Free beneficiaries camp for handicapped people

ONGC and ALIMCO along with RC Madras Nungambakkam is organising camp at Chennai to identify the beneficiaries for giving equipments like wheel chairs, Hearing aids, folding sticks for blind etc. The schedule and requirements are given below
1.19-8-2013 Sri Kailash Mahal,

2. 20-8-2013 V K R Mahal,
12/1, Brindavan Street, Ext.
West Mambalam, Chennai 33.
3. 21-8-2013 Kasturiba Residential Association Hall,
Adyar, Chennai 20.
To register, the following are required: (They should bring)
- Photo - 2 Nos
- Disability certificate issued by Dist.Authority
- Residence proof (Ration Card / Election ID)
- Income certificate
- Audiogram for deaf, if available.
