An announcement by Kanchipuram District Collector: Jobless youth can apply for getting monthly assistance!

Under the Monthly Assistance Scheme for the Jobless Youth, monthly assistance of Rs. 200/- is paid for those who have failed in the 10th Standard, Rs. 300/- for those who have passed the 10th Standard ( For differently-abled candidates, Rs. 600/- for those who had completed right from the 1st to 10th Standard) and Rs. 400/- for those who have completed the 12th Standard OR graduation courses (Rs. 750 for the differently-abled candidates).
For the jobless youth to get the above monthly assistance as above in the Kanchipuram district, the concerned candidates MUST be registered in the Employment Exchange with academic qualifications details and MUST have completed a minimum of 5 years! (As for the differently-abled candidates, they need to have completed just 1 year after registration).
Note that the Employment Exchange Registration MUST have been renewed at the due dates!
Candidates belonging to the cadre of MBC/BCM/OBC/OC MUST be under the age of 40 years and the candidates belonging to the cadre of SC/SCA/ST MUST be under the age of 45 years.
NOTE THAT THERE IS NO AGE RESTRICTION FOR THE DIFFERENTLY-ABLED CANDIDATES!
The annual income of the applicant`s family MUST NOT EXCEED Rs. 72000/-. Note that there are no such incomelimits for differently-abled candidates!
Candidates should not have availed of this assistance for the unemployed youth earlier!
Note that the students studying daily in schools are NOT eligible for this assistance!
As such, candidates who conform to all the above conditions and are interested and eligible can get the application free by visiting in person to the Kanchipuram District Employment Exchange and Job Guidance Centre.
Application along with Employment Exchange Identity Card can be obtained by direct visit.
